This lovely studio comes with a large kitchen and in the middled of the room there is a private door you to enter your room. The entrance to the studio is by the side entrance and rear entrance . The studio has its own private entrance.

Tenant is welcome to share the cemented backyard to enjoy fresh air or to cook BBQ ( this does not come with the studio but to use occasionally ) with the permission of the landlord.

All the utilities are included on the rent. SORRY NO PETS.
