Great large one bedroom apartment located right off 73rd and Columbus Avenue in a Brownstone Building The L shaped living area is extremely spacious and allows for a multipole options when it comes to laying out furniture. The south facing apartment gets great light during peak hours and is also extremely quiet. The bedroom can easily fit a queen size bed and has a large closet. The bathroom is very spacious as well and includes a lined closet. There is also one large coat closet in the entryway. You also have your very own balcony off the living room. The building has a central laundry room.

The location doesn't get better than this. One block to Central Park, express trains 1,2,3,9 and BE on corner. Pictures are of a similar unit within the building however they are almost identical to the actual apartment.
