This beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom unit features a stainless steel kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, newly redone floors, and the apartment was just repainted. The bedroom is spacious with a large closet, and can fit either a queen or king bed. The building features laundry, and there is an elevator, as well as a great rooftop terrace.

There are lots of great restaurant/bars that offer outdoor dining and pickup/delivery including Arepas Grill, Bel Aire Diner, Bund on Broadway, La Mian Lounge, Fresco’s Cantina, Drunken Chicken, Fatima’s Halal Kitchen, and Tamashii Ramen.
